ImprintPro Theme Documentation

Here is the complete documentation of ImprintPro theme. Please note that this documentation also applies to Imprint Free theme as well but with few glitches. If you want to make complete use of this user guide then you must plan on upgrading to ImprintPro theme.

Theme Options Panel

Here we start with documentation of the complete Options Panel of ImprintPro theme. The version of Options Panel available with ImprintPro theme is far better then that available with Imprint Free theme because it contains a lot more options than what are available in the free version.

Basic Settings

Choose Theme Skin - ImprintPro theme is available with 7 different skins including the one which is given free.

  1. Classic White (Free)
  2. Casual White (Default)
  3. Ocean Blue
  4. Natural Green
  5. Bright Maroon
  6. Pretty Purple
  7. Sandalwood

You can see the difference in all these skins by checking out ImprintPro theme demo.

Important: Please note that when you change a skin many options inside the Options Panel are effected and modified and these changes are irreversible.

Theme Layout Type: ImprintPro theme comes with 3 different layout types explained below:

  1. Box Fixed: Choosing this layout makes your theme unresponsive which means that your theme will be fix sized and not react to different types of display devices.
  2. Box Responsive: Choosing this layout makes your theme fully responsive to mobile and desktop display devices but the total width of your theme is still very narrow.
  3. Full-width Responsive: Choosing this layout makes your theme fully responsive to mobile and desktop display devices as in the case with 'Box responsive layout' (explained above). But now your theme is better suited for wider display devices like those with resolution of 1366x768 or above. Please Note that the width of your theme will stop expanding after certain width have been achieved. This is done to display your site accurately on display devices with very higher screen resolution.

Favicon Image: Favicon is an icon that is displayed in your browser address or title bar. If you don't understand what is favicon, we recommend that you to watch this video.

Organization Name: ImprintPro Options panel allow you to insert your organization name into the theme's footer. Example: here we have inserted Lorem Ipsum Solutions in the footer of our theme. (See image below)

footer-text
Body Font:
This option is quite easy to implement but somewhat complex to understand. ImprintPro allow users to change font of many textual sections using its Options Panel but at the same time there may be some texts whose font changing option is not provided in Options Panel. So these textual sections inherit the font which is applied to the theme's <body>. With the body font option, one can change this default font applied to theme's <body>.
Wrapper Background Color:
Here you can change the background color of the theme's wrapper which is the box in which the sit'e content are displayed.
Wrapper Border Color:
Here you can change the background color of Wrapper Border.
Read more (text):
When you see either your homepage or any archive page like (category, tag or author) - a box with "Continue Reading.." text is displayed. Clicking on this box opens the post for which it was assigned. Here in this option you can change the text "Continue Reading..." written on the box. If the read more box is not displayed on your site or if you want to disable or enable it then you should checkout ImprintPro theme - Layout Options. Please Note: This feature is only available in the ImprintPro theme.
